LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
Mark your calendars baseball fans, Cosmic Baseball is coming to Louisville.
The glow-in-the-dark game will be at Slugger Field on June 20, 2026. The Cosmic Chili Peppers and The Glow Mojis will face off.
For those unfamiliar with the game, it's played with the lights off. Teams wear neon uniforms and use UV-reactive baseballs to be able to play in the dark.
It also comes with its own set of rules.
For the entire game, there is no bunting, no mound visits, and walks result in a fungo toss.
During the first half of the game, the home team is decided by a competition and the defense has to rotate positions clockwise when the whistle blows.
For the second half of games, fans can overrule the umpire and there's a home run derby after every inning, with runs counting tow
