A Little Caesars in Cleveland was inspected after a concerned resident sent in a video of employees transporting dough in unsanitary conditions to Tennessee's Health Department.
That report came out today, and the restaurant passed. That report stated the unusual practices were employees finding a solution to broken equipment.
Cleveland resident Brian Johnson says he was outside of the Little Caesars at 615 NW Paul Huff Pkwy when he says he witnessed something unusual and horrifying take place.
"I just noticed guys unloading pizza dough out of an SUV and noticed they didn't have gloves on…so I started filming,” says Brian Johnson, a Cleveland resident.
