Fans noticed the interesting item of clothing Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups wore while leaving court on Thursday afternoon after being arrested by the FBI for gambling.

The former Detroit Pistons star was arrested on Thursday morning, after coaching his team to a season-opening loss against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night.

He is facing serious charges following allegations of having acted as a face for an illegal poker scheme backed by New York Mafia families, according to FBI director Kash Patel.

Billups was arraigned in Portland on conspiracy charges to commit wire fraud and money laundering. The indictment was filed in New York’s Eastern District, but he had his initial hearing at the Mark O. Hatfield U.S. Courthouse in Oregon.
