Students at Bomaderry High School have returned from the holidays to a brand-new Technological and Applied Studies (TAS) building.
The facility was officially opened by Member for Kiama, Katelin McInerney, on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, after being completed three months ahead of schedule.
It features modern workshops for woodwork, metalwork and food technology, allowing students to learn contemporary skills using industry-standard equipment.
Bomaderry High School principal Ian Morris said the upgrades supported the staff and students, helping them feel "more valued".
"These new upgrades are just brilliant," he added.
"Importantly, our students can see that the equipment and facilities they have are absolutely world-class."
