KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Maple Hall Lanes in Downtown Knoxville was once again the site for the annual Bowling for Autism fundraising event.

The event is put on each year by Our Place Art, a non-profit organization established to enriching the lives of individuals with disabilities through the arts.

Executive Director Angela Hunter had a large contingent of students from LMU helping out with tonight’s fundraiser, which included a silent auction.

The non-profit’s purpose is to assist and support youth and adults as they find support and recognition in a community that values the unique perspectives and strengths of individuals with disabilities.
