LOGAN – Okay, I confess. Everything I know about Frankenstein, I learned from either Boris Karloff or Mel Brooks.
I never managed to wade through Mary Shelley’s early 19 th Century novel Frankenstein; or The Modern Prometheus, despite being assigned to read it in both high school and college (thank heaven for good ol’ CliffsNotes ).
I don’t even know anybody who ever actually succeeded in reading the whole thing – it was the 1960s, we had lots better things to do.
So the idea of that story being reimagined in the form of a graphic novel doesn’t bother me one way or the other.
It isn’t often, however, that we see the Cache Valley Center for the Arts brings in a straight play as part of its National Touring Season offerings. But Halloween is right around the corner and calling F
