INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis City-County councilors are releasing new details and policy proposals following a 27-page follow-up report examining how Mayor Joe Hogsett’s administration handled sexual harassment complaints against his former aide , Thomas Cook.
The memo, prepared by the Chicago-based law firm Fisher Phillips, was delivered to councilors this week after they submitted 34 additional questions about the city’s response. It follows an earlier 54-page investigation released in May.
Investigators said Cook didn't respond to requests to be interviewed but that both women who came forward were credible.
