Kennedy was looking to win their fourth straight game but faced a tough challenge early on from Livingston in a Thursday night district matchup at Joe Brown Stadium.
A first quarter touchdown pass by Kennedy quarterback Dorian Dunham to senior wide receiver Terry Jacko were the only points scored until the fourth quarter. Kennedy found the end zone three times in the final quarter, taking advantage of six Livingston turnovers in a 27-0 win.
Kennedy had just one turnover compared to Livingston’s three interceptions thrown and three lost fumbles. Three of those turnovers occurred in the fourth quarter, including an interception returned for a touchdown by Kennedy senior Frank Pierre.
