A Chance Meeting

While running errands one afternoon, Mizti Brogdon spotted a lone dog wandering around a parking area in Oklahoma. As the president of Street Dog Rescue and Recovery , Brogdon was used to encountering lost and abandoned animals.

However, this particular pup stood out. Instead of acting scared or defensive, she approached Brogdon with trust in her eyes.
