PORTLAND, Oregon — His nickname? “Mr. Big Shot.” Hall of Fame inductee and five-time NBA All-Star Chauncey Billups earned it during a 17-year career in the National Basketball Association, playing for seven teams. That included two stints with the Denver Nuggets and an NBA title with the Detroit Pistons before he retired in 2014.

Billups is a Denver native and University of Colorado Boulder graduate. He has a wife and three daughters. Critics say he has little chance of returning to his coaching role with the Portland Trail Blazers amid a federal gambling investigation.
