Prosecutors: Florida Man Filmed Massive L.A. Wildfire He’s Accused of Setting

Prosecutors say Jonathan Rinderknecht pleaded not guilty Thursday to federal arson charges tied to the Palisades Fire, a blaze authorities blame for destroying 6,837 homes and killing 12 people. A report from Redfin estimated that the fire caused $51.7 billion in damages from homes destroyed in the fire, and the LA Times reported that $350 million in public infrastructure, including city buildings and streetlights.
