Mumford & Sons have released a new single, “Rubber Band Men,” featuring Hozier . The rollicking folk rock track was produced by the National‘s Aaron Dessner at Long Pond Studios in New York, and sees Marcus Mumford and Hozier trading vocals.
Hozier has regularly teamed up with Mumford & Sons over the years. In 2017, he joined Mumford & Sons on stage to cover the Beatles’ “A Little Help From My Friends” at the Longitude Festival, and the musicians collaborated on “Awake My Soul” at Austin City Limits in 2023.
Mumford & Sons released their most recent LP, Rushmere , in March. They recorded the album with producer Dave Cobb at RCA Studio A in Nashville, as well as in Savannah, Georgia and at Mumford’s own studio in Devon, England. The album notably marked the group’s first as a trio f
