Another vote on stopgap funding to end the partial federal government shutdown failed Wednesday, with Illinois senators voting along party lines.

Democratic Sens. Tammy Duckworth and Dick Durbin voted no on Wednesday, Oct. 22, in a 54-46 vote. At least 60 votes are needed for the bill to pass.
