A Frederick man was arrested at his home Monday on multiple felony child pornography charges following an investigation that began with a tip to local police from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Ricardo Adoni Hernandez-Martinez, 31, of the 500 block of Logan Street, was charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, six counts of possession of child pornography and eight counts related to the solicitation of child pornography.
