ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Two of the suspects who pleaded guilty in connection to a deadly crash involving a stolen vehicle will be sentenced Friday morning.
Both Theodice Parks and Theophilus Parks pleaded guilty to their respective charges — Theodice pleaded guilty to first-degree assault, and Theophilus pleaded guilty to first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
In August of 2024, officers were dispatched to Clifford Avenue for reports of gunfire and a crash. They found a stolen Kia and 20-year-old Trevan Simmons. They said Simmons ran, threw an illegal gun into a backyard, and jumped into the back of a stolen Kia driven by Theodice.
