New Delhi, Oct 24: In a tragic late-night accident, two cousins were burnt to death after their Fortuner SUV collided with a truck and caught fire in outer Delhi’s Rani Bagh area around 3 am on Thursday.
The victims, identified as Henry (20) of Meera Bagh and Dipanshu Chandela (21) of Paschim Vihar, were reportedly on their way to Murthal for dinner when the accident occurred. Police said the SUV rammed into a truck moving ahead, and the impact was so severe that the vehicle got stuck under the truck and was dragged for nearly 500 metres before bursting into flames.
Fire tenders were rushed to the spot after the Rani Bagh Police received a call around 3.10 am. By the time the fire was doused, both victims had been charred to death. Their bodies were
