CONCORD, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- One person is dead after an RV fire overnight, according to the Concord Fire Department.

Around 12:47 a.m. on Friday, firefighters were called to an RV park on Amy Lane Northwest in Concord. This is near Morehead Road and Concord Parkway South. Crews arrived around 12:53 a.m. to find one RV engulfed in flames and fire spreading to two other neighboring RVs.

One person was still inside the RV, and firefighters quickly worked to attack the fire, which was controlled around 1:07 a.m. Sadly, one adult and their pet dogs were found dead.

Another person living in the RV was able to get out before firefighters got there, and that person recieved medical care for minor burns on their hands. Two neighbors were treated for smoke inhalation. The American Red Cros
