Recently, an incident is going viral on social media where a man began experiencing chest pain while riding a scooter with his wife amid the city’s poor air conditions.

An Instagram user, who goes by the username Zia Moto, stopped near the couple and saw the man sitting by the roadside, struggling to breathe and clutching his chest, while his worried wife stood beside him, seeking help and asking for water.
