For the World Team, the opening round at the LPGA's International Crown in South Korea turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Charley Hull and Lydia Ko fought back to tie Japan's Miyu Yamashita and Rio Takeda in a heated four-ball match on Thursday, securing their team the crucial half point.
But that didn't come easy.
The duo trailed for most of the back nine before Hull's birdie on the 12th put them back in the race. They were still one down when they got to the par-4 18th hole, when Ko made a dramatic 25-foot birdie putt to tie the match .
