BOARDMAN A Boardman resident discovered that her own personal "Nightmare Before Christmas" became a reality after two inflatable decorations, featuring characters from the classic film, were stolen from her front yard.

The incident was reported to the Boardman Police Department on Thursday morning, after the decorations disappeared overnight.

The theft occurred on Tudor Lane. The missing items were a five-foot tall, light-up, inflatable "Oogie Boogie"—described as a "smiling ghoul looking character with a purple spider across his chest" —and a five-foot tall, light-up, inflatable "Zero," which was a "smiling white dog with an orange pumpkin on its nose, laying atop of a blue tombstone that reads 'Zero'".
