Sporting an innovative structure that tells the same 18 minutes or so from several different points of view, Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow (see “The Hurt Locker”) lets the air leak painfully out of the balloon. Her initially tense nuclear missile narrative suffers a slow death. The A-list casting and rich production values add some prestige to “A House of Dynamite,” but end-of-year awards attention is unlikely.
