MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio – A wanted Middleburg Heights woman, 25, was arrested at about 11:30 a.m. Oct. 13 outside Dairy Deli, 17791 Sheldon Road.
Police were called to Dairy Deli about a disturbance in the parking lot. The woman was leaning against the front bumper of a man’s car without his permission. He told her to get away from his car.
When police arrived, the woman was standing in front of Dairy Deli near the man’s car. She said she had leaned against the car only to tie her shoes. She said the man used racial slurs against her.
The man said he was in the store when he saw the woman leaning against his car. He told her not to do that. He said she was the one who used racial slurs against him.
Police learned the woman was wanted in Mansfield. They placed her in handcuffs.
