An Australian worker can officially claim the title of having the country’s worst boss after a bizarre way he was expected to spend his free time.
Following a competition by HR tech company Compono, Australia’s worst boss has been found.
According to the winning submission dubbed “The Battle Buffoon”, a junior staff member was asked to spend his lunch break with his boss re-enacting 18th century battle scenes.
“I only had an hour for lunch, but I’d be asked to go and have my boss’ figurines professionally painted, have to wait while the job was done, grab him lunch, and then be forced to sit in his office while he re-enacted different war battles,” Tim said.
