It’s been nearly four months since wildfires swept through Conception Bay North, destroying more than 200 hundred structures and changing the lives for so many.

CBC journalists will be spending time in the communities along the north shore to listen and learn about what rebuilding looks like.

If you were impacted by the fires, and would like to come for a coffee and a chat, we will be at the Ronnie Johnson Community Centre as follows:

Tuesday, Oct. 28 — 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 29 — 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Community members are also invited to participate in a unique quilting project. Share your feelings in one or two words by writing them on a piece of fabric, which will then be incorporated into a quilt.
