POSEY COUNTY, Ind. (WEVV) — A man has been found guilty of dealing meth in Posey County.
The Posey County Prosecutor's Office announced Friday that 47-year-old Anthony Apodaca of Princeton was found guilty of possessing and dealing meth after a three-day jury trial.
With prior felony convictions, Apodaca was also found guilty of being a habitual offender.
At the time of his arrest in 2023, authorities said Apodaca was found transporting a large amount of meth through Posey County on I-64.
Posey County Prosecutor Thomas Clowers commented, “I’m grateful for the dedicated service of the jurors in this case.
