HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) - Former Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels urged his fellow Republicans in the Hoosier State to not "cave to White House pressure" to redistrict.

Daniels wrote in an op-ed for The Washington Post that although he supports the GOP maintaining control of the House, he does not support the tactics of redistricting for control. He also wrote that state leaders have a duty to the citizens and the future of the state, not to a national political organization or a temporary occupant of the White House.
