More than two months after a 38-year-old golf professional was hit by a vehicle while he was lying on a Minnesota road , his death was determined to be accidental.
On Aug. 3, just before 5 a.m. local time, officers arrived at 2700 Salem Road SW in Rochester following reports of an accident with injuries, the Rochester Police Department said in a news release on Facebook. A driver “reported hitting a person lying in the roadway.”
