NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WAVE) - A New Albany man has been arrested for voyeurism after neighbors told police he was filming them in their bathroom.

Authorities tell WAVE this isn’t the first time he’s faced these type of charges.

The alleged incident happened back in September. Nick Pledger is charged with felony voyeurism.

New Albany Police were called after a woman said she saw a cell phone pointed at her while she was in the second-story bathroom.

The affidavit states a neighbor told the woman she saw a man in dark clothing running away with a ladder. The report highlights similar sightings of a suspect carrying a ladder in previous weeks with a neighbor concerned he might have been peeping through windows.
