KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — From events to bridge work and more, 6 News anchor Bo Williams has what East Tennessee drivers need to know before hitting the roads this weekend.

First up, several pedestrian zones will impact traffic around downtown Knoxville. Market Street between Union and Clinch avenues and Union Avenue between Walnut and Gay streets will close to cars on Friday at 4 p.m. and reopen Sunday at 6 p.m. Also on Friday, Atchley Street between Sevier Avenue and Mimosa will close at 3:30 p.m., and Sevier Avenue between Davenport & Dixie will close at 4:30 p.m. for Spooky Streets on Old Sevier. The roads will reopen at 8:30 p.m.

Several streets in downtown Maryville will close on Friday afternoon for the annual Spooktacular Extravaganza. The roads in the map below will close at 4:3
