Peter Freedman of audio equipment giant Rode Microphones has put his Potts Point Regency Revival-style marine villa, known as Jenner House, on real estate portals with a price guide of $30 million.

The rich-lister purchased the five-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion for $30.35 million in May 2023 from luxury car dealer Terry Mullens and his wife Wendy . Freedman made the number 135 spot on The Australian Financial Review’s Rich List 2025 with an estimated wealth of $1.23 billion.

Built in the 1870s and long considered one of Potts Point’s most recognisable residences, the estate was called Stramshall when it was built by colonial architect Edmund Blacket for Lebbeus Hordern , of the retail dynasty.

The property is on 1880 square metres and comes with DA approval for alterations
