Voter turnout in Calgary at 39 per cent, down from 46 per cent in 2021 municipal election
While candidates still have a few days to request a formal recount, Elections Calgary has made official Monday’s election results for city council and the public and Catholic school boards.
Posted Friday, the official results confirmed the placement of the mayoral, ward and school board trustee candidate races, though some vote totals shifted slightly.

The official results also gave Mayor-elect Jeromy Farkas an even narrower election victory than first thought; he edged runner-up Sonya Sharp by 581 votes – four fewer than the unofficial results suggested.
Sharp has previously indicated she will request a recount in the mayoral race, and has until Monday to submit her request.
