LUBBOCK, Texas -- Twenty-one years after Tammy Cooper and her three children were brutally killed in their own home, their killer still has not been identified. Investigators at the Lubbock Police Department continue to work the case as they encourage the public to come forward with information.
Tammy and her three children, Jasmine, 11, KaDiece, 9, and Kasheim, 9, were murdered on October 24. The family was found in their apartment in the 500 block of North MLK Boulevard the next morning by a friend who went to pick up the kids for school.
Police said the family had been beaten and stabbed. Former Lubbock County District Attorney Matt Powell previously said it appeared Tammy tried to fight back against the suspect but
