Based largely on the 2021 documentary John Wayne Gacy: Devil in Disguise , the very similarly titled Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy stars Michael Chernus ( Severance ) as the notorious Chicagoland killer, luring in unsuspecting young men to be tortured, killed, and buried beneath the house.
