The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has identified 46-year-old Darrick Desawn Rooks from Marietta as the man who was found shot to death inside the cab of alleged stolen U-Haul in Smyrna during a traffic stop. Smyrna PD says multiple officers fired their weapons during the stop after hearing a gunshot coming from the car.
