LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A Nebraska man was arrested last week after being accused of collecting $117,700 in agricultural equipment.
On June 7, 2024, an employee with Gooseneck Implement in Lemmon, S.D. reported to the Perkins County Sheriff’s Office that a 2021 John Deere 560-R Round Baler and a John Deere A520R Accumulator were stolen from their dealership lot.
Through an investigation, officials discovered that 25-year-old Dylan Wagner of Blue Rapids, Kan. traded the John Deere baler to GHS Implement, located in Geneva for a 2023 Vermeer Cornstalk Special Round Baler.
On July 7, 2025, a Nebraska State Patrol investigator was requested to interview Wagner as he just moved to Syracuse.
