CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - This season fans of the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Monsters will have fresh new menu items to choose from when they head to Rocket Arena.

Several local chefs have come up with new dishes to serve at their stands throughout the concourse.

Chef Karen Small of P Street Market is offering a Muffuletta Sandwich and an Autumn Harvest Salad.

She shared her recipe for the craveable dressing that the greens are tossed in.

Small Batch Apple Cider Vinaigrette

3T tahini

2T apple cider vinegar

1T maple syrup

1T safflower oil or olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2t. Dijon

2-4T warm water to thin

Salt, pepper, chives dill

Mix all ingredients in a jar except for oil and water.

Slowly whisk in oil, let sit about 20 min and add warm water to thin. May need to be thin
