JACKSON -- Despite battling through a series of illnesses, defending boys cross country state champion Hillsdale Academy is heading back to Michigan International Speedway with a regional title in dominating fashion.

The Colt girls are headed back to Brooklyn as regional champions as well, though their win was a much closer race.
