The suspect accused of stabbing a 35-year-old man during a fatal clash in a Bronx NYCHA apartment building was charged with murder and ordered held without bail at his court appearance Friday afternoon.
Enoch Rosado, 67, was led into the courtroom at Bronx Criminal Court wearing a white jumpsuit with his hood up. Prosecutors argued to hold him without bail for the stabbing death of Miguel Batiz , 35, inside one of the Edenwald Houses at E. 229th St. near Laconia Ave around 4 a.m. on Wednesday.
Cops who were called to the Housing Authority building found Batiz stabbed multiple times throughout his body, according to police. He died at the scene.
