SHREVEPORT, La. -- A 15-year-old has been arrested in the deaths of two young sisters who died as a result of an arson fire two weeks ago. Shreveport police said the teenager is charged with two counts of second-degree murder in connection with the blaze that happened on Oct. 13 in the 3100 block of Milton Street. Danielle Spearman, 5, and Aliyah Robinson, 9, were critically injured in the fire and spent a week in the hospital before their deaths over the weekend. Eight people were inside the house when the fire broke out at the front of the house, including three adults and three other children. The teenage male was living in the home at the time of the fire, police said. Detectives said family members turned him over to his probation officer hours after the trage
