ROYERSFORD — Even after losing four straight games to start the season, the Spring-Ford Rams never had any doubts. That confidence proved to be justified as they swept through their five Pioneer Athletic Conference Liberty opponents and wrapped up their league season with a 14-10 win over Upper Perkiomen in the PAC championship game Friday night at Coach McNelly Stadium.
Blake Turner returned a punt for a touchdown, intercepted two passes and caught a TD pass for the Rams (6-4 overall), Brayden Hinkle rushed for 130 yards and Ryan Reavy helped Spring-Ford win the field position battle with consistently long punts and booming kickoffs.
