LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- In Nevada Brew Works' bustling kitchen, the Monday night football staff noticed the deep fryer, pizza oven, and stoves go cold—a black SUV sped away from the tampered, alleyway gas line.
The brewery’s owner, Jason Taylor said the 6 p.m. staff immediately threw away food as customers grew angry at the unfilled orders, with no idea what happened.
“I would estimate the losses had to be at least $4,000 when you look at comp checks, angry customers, all the food that we had to throw away,” Taylor said. “We had to shut down for the rest of the night.”
Misjudged one-star reviews popped up on the Boca Park brewery, which has only been open for two weeks, and Taylor attempted to find a reason for the gas line issue.
