Hundreds of mourners have gathered in a Queensland coastal community to remember a mother and two boys who died in a horrific house fire, with a woman having been charged with murder and arson over the incident.
Jordana Johnson, 36, died along with her son Jordan Norris, 12, and his friend Chazz Mather, also 12, following a blaze at a home in Gladstone last week.
On Saturday, mourners gathered at Barney Point Beach to farewell Ms Johnson and the two boys - who had been having a sleepover when the fire broke out.
Atendees placed flowers onto the beach and into the water and held each other as they remembered the three victims.
The memorial included a smoking ceremony and traditional dancing.
A powerful Haka was performed for Chazz, who was a member of the town’s Maori community.
