Utah Mammoth general manager Bill Armstrong announced Friday that forward Alexander Kerfoot will miss the next eight-to-ten weeks after undergoing surgery for a core muscle injury. Kerfoot missed all of training camp with a lower-body injury and was on injured reserve ever since. It’s unknown if the surgery is related to the original injury.
