The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying the person seen in the attached photo and video who they say is wanted in connection with a non-fatal shooting that occurred in Van Cortlandt Park.

Police said that on Sunday, Aug. 31, at around 6.55 a.m., two victims, a 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl, were traveling in a vehicle when they almost collided with a white, two-wheeled dirt bike opposite of 3545 Jerome Avenue.
