UPDATE: 8:30 a.m. Saturday
Watching ESPN this morning, and our old Pioneer Press colleague Jeremy Fowler had the big news on the status of one of the fantasy giants: Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson.
The former MVP tested his injured hamstring in a full practice Friday. He’s still listed as questionable for Sunday’s must-win game against Chicago, but he is expected to play. Probably won’t be at full speed, so don’t expect a boatload of fantasy points in his first game back. Probably also would be a good week to start Derrick Henry, who should have solo goal-line duty.
Washington has a mixed bag of updates. Quarterback Jayden Daniels has been ruled out, so Marcus Mariota will start against the Chiefs on Monday night. But wideout Terry McLaurin should return to the lineup.
