More than 650 Winnipeggers voted in our recent poll on the top five issues facing the city. The results are clear, and they should make every politician at City Hall uncomfortable.

Coming in at number five is City Water Rates. Then homelessness at number four. Road maintenance takes third place, property taxes sit at number two, and crime remains number one. It has been that way for decades, almost as long as Scott Gillingham has been in city politics.
