STRUTHERS Struthers Unleashed, a mission to "enhance Struthers with a free-for-all dog park," is hosting a Howl-O-Ween Pawty on Saturday, Oct. 25, to celebrate local dogs in costume.

The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Nebo Field, featuring a pet costume raffle, photo op area, agility course and more.

Nebo Field is located at the end of East Haywood Avenue in Struthers.
