A house that sold for $675,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Linden in the past week.

During the past week, a total of seven residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $530,429. The average price per square foot was $501.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 13 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A condominium at 102 E. Elizabeth Ave. APT104 in Linden, has been sold. The price was $415,000. The condominium was built in 2015 and has a living area of 1,377 square feet. The price per square foot was $301. The deal was finalized on Sep. 24.
