RIVERDALE, Ill. – (KWQC) - An amber alert was issued Saturday morning for four children abducted from Riverdale.

On Saturday, at approximately 1:30am, the Riverdale Police Department responded to the 13600 block of Lowe Avenue regarding a report of a domestic-related kidnapping, the alert said.

Police said Austin Bell (30), who is not the father of the children involved, took a vehicle that did not belong to him with four children: Nia Hill (10), Noah Hill (8), Nolan Hill (7), and Nova Hill (7) in the back seat.

Despite extensive search efforts by the Riverdale Police Department, the children’s mother, and the South Suburban Major Crimes Task Force, Austin Bell and the children remain missing.
