Danny Masterson’s ex-wife, Bijou Phillips, has reportedly called on a court to drop the convicted rapist ‘s last name from that of their young daughter.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the model and actress wants to legally change 11-year-old Fianna Masterson’s name to Fianna Phillips, further cutting ties with the disgraced “That ’70s Show” alum.

Phillips is still waiting for a judge to approve the request, but she scored a win on Friday when a judge declared the estranged spouses legally single.

Phillips had filed for divorce in September 2023 , less than two weeks after Masterson was sentenced to prison for two counts of forcible rape.

The 49-year-old is currently serving 30 years to life behind bars after he was found guilty of raping two women in his Hollywood
